Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering or using any part of the rzp88 platform (website, mobile application or related services), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the rzp88 platform.

Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at rzp88. Holding multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

You are fully responsible for:

• The confidentiality of your account username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Ensuring that the personal information registered is accurate and up to date.
• Notifying rzp88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

rzp88 is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login information secure.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

rzp88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

Financial terms in effect:

• Minimum deposit for each payment method: RM20.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50.
• Withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour of an approved request.

rzp88 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests subject to security checks, incomplete identity verification, or unmet bonus wagering requirements.

rzp88 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party banks, e-wallet providers or blockchain networks.

Bonuses and Promotions

rzp88 offers various promotions to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and rules set for each promotion.

Welcome Bonus: A first deposit bonus of 120% up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received. Example calculation:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Wagering: RM120 × 20 = RM2,400
• Deposit RM1,600 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,488 → Wagering: RM888 × 20 = RM17,760

General rules relating to rzp88 bonuses:

• Only one (1) account is eligible to receive each promotion offered.
• rzp88 reserves the right to cancel bonuses suspected of being abused.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or exchanged directly for cash before the wagering requirements are met.

Game Rules and Prohibitions

rzp88 users are prohibited from doing the following while using the platform:

• Using bots, automation software, artificial intelligence or any unfair method to gain an advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors or platform system failures.
• Using a VPN or location-masking software to circumvent enforced geo-restrictions.
• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity through the rzp88 platform.

rzp88 uses advanced detection technology to identify suspicious activity. Any account suspected of breaching these rules will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken, including permanent account closure and disclosure of information to relevant authorities.

VIP Programme and Cashback

rzp88 provides a VIP programme divided into four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers different weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%

Progression through VIP tiers depends on your activity and loyalty as an rzp88 member. rzp88 reserves the right to change the structure, benefits or criteria of the VIP programme at any time.

Account Closure and Suspension

rzp88 reserves the right to close or suspend any user account for the following reasons, without prior notice:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Confirmation that registration information is false or misleading.
• Activity suspected to be fraud, money laundering or system abuse.
• Instructions from regulatory or legal authorities.
• A request from the user themselves to close the account.

If your account is closed due to a breach of terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited depending on the outcome of rzp88's investigation. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the rzp88 customer support team via live chat or email.

rzp88 Liability Limits

rzp88 provides an online gambling platform with high standards of security and fairness. However, rzp88 is not responsible for:

• Financial losses incurred by users as a result of gambling activity.
• Service interruptions arising from system maintenance, technical issues or factors outside rzp88's control.
• Actions or decisions made by users based on inaccurate information outside the rzp88 platform.
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.

rzp88 operates on the basis of fair play principles and uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure game outcomes are free and unbiased.

Law and Jurisdiction
